Jess has always been passionate about patient care and advocacy. She started her professional career in peri-operative nursing before her interest in advocacy led her to engage in a Bachelor of Laws, graduating from The University of Adelaide with Honours. Prior to joining The International Spine Centre® in 2018, Jess worked at a mid-sized commercial law firm.
Jess is enthusiastic about building high-performance teams and fostering a community culture at The International Spine Centre®. She has a keen interest in learning, education, and research and is the driving force behind project management, policy writing, and risk management at 3D Research.
